1. Return & Exchange Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be:
- In its original, unused, and unaltered condition.
- In the original packaging, including all protective wrappings, labels, and documentation.
- Requested within 15 days of the date you received the shipment.
- Accompanied by the original proof of purchase (order number).

- All Custom-Cut or Finished Items: Any wood blank, block, or material that has been cut, shaped, finished, or otherwise altered from its original state as sold.
- Used or Sharpened Tools & Blades: For safety and hygiene reasons, any knife blade, carving tool, or sharpening supply that shows signs of use, wear, or has been sharpened.
- Clearance or “As-Is” Items: Clearly marked in the product description.

We will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions for your return. Returns sent without an RMA number cannot be processed.
Step 3: Package and Ship
Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging. Include a copy of your RMA email or write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box. Ship the package to our workshop address:
